Service limitations

  • HeroCall does not guarantee that every call will be answered or captured
  • AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable
  • You are responsible for reviewing and acting on enquiries

User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service for legitimate business purposes
  • Set up call forwarding correctly
  • Check and manage captured enquiries

Early access (pilot)

If you are using HeroCall during a pilot:

  • Features may change or be updated at any time
  • Some functionality may be incomplete
  • The service may change without notice

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

We may suspend or stop access if:

  • The service is misused
  • These terms are breached

You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

HeroCall is provided "as is".

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed calls
  • Lost business
  • Incorrect or incomplete AI outputs

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
