Service limitations
- HeroCall does not guarantee that every call will be answered or captured
- AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable
- You are responsible for reviewing and acting on enquiries
User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service for legitimate business purposes
- Set up call forwarding correctly
- Check and manage captured enquiries
Early access (pilot)
If you are using HeroCall during a pilot:
- Features may change or be updated at any time
- Some functionality may be incomplete
- The service may change without notice
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
We may suspend or stop access if:
- The service is misused
- These terms are breached
You may stop using the service at any time.
Liability
HeroCall is provided "as is".
We are not responsible for:
- Missed calls
- Lost business
- Incorrect or incomplete AI outputs
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
